Registration Guideline
- Cytokines 2024 & KAI 2024 is a face-to-face conference. Participants can register online (early & regular registration) or onsite. Online registration is highly recommended.
- Once the secretariat confirms the remittance of registration fee, an email confirming payment will be sent.
- If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact the secretariat (reg@cytokines2024.org).
- You cannot modify the registration information if you already completed the payment.
Modifying registration information is only available before payment until the online registration deadline (October 7, 2024 (by 23:59 KST)). - Receipt for the registration fee can be viewed and downloaded at the “My Page” after payment. Please note that it might take up to 7 days to issue the receipt in case of bank transfer.
<Notice to ICIS Members>
- To register for Cytokines 2024 & KAI 2024 as an ICIS member, a verification process through the ICIS website is mandatory.
- Verification includes your membership as an ICIS member as well as you paid their membership fee this year.
- Upon successful verification, you will gain access to the ICIS member registration fee on the “Cytokines 2024 & KAI 2024” website.
- Please initiate the verification process by clicking the "Register as ICIS Member" button to initiate the verification process and registration.
- If you would like to make a registration for an ICIS member, other than yourself, please contact Joan Oefner by email (joefner@cytokinesociety.org) to obtain access to the ICIS member discounted registration fees.

- Credit Card payment is highly recommended over bank transfer.
- The actual charged amount may differ according to the exchange rate in the case of non-US credit cards.
- Please be aware that some credit card companies may apply additional fees to users for payments made overseas according to their respective policies.
- Please note that online registration is only available on computers (NOT available on mobile).

- 연회비 납입 내역은 본 웹사이트로 실시간 연동되지 않사오니 (연동에 평균 24시간 가량 소요), 연회비 납입 직후 Cytokines 2024 & KAI 2024 학술대회의 등록을 원하실 경우, 대한면역학회 (kai2@kaimm.org) 로 문의 주시기 바랍니다.

Group Registration

The group registration can proceed only when all individual participants have completed the sign-up process on this website.
(Please note that this website is not linked to the Korean Society of Immunology website, and a separate sign-up is required.) -
Group registration fees can be paid through the following three methods only:

→ After completing registration with the 'on-site payment' option, attendees can pay on-site at either the early or regular registration rate, determined by their online registration date.

Manual Credit Card Payment (수기 카드 결제)
- Please be informed that it is necessary to provide your credit card information during the online registration process.
- The collected card information will be used solely for the purpose of processing manual card payments for registration fees for the Cytokines 2024 & KAI 2024, and all collected information will be promptly destroyed as of the last day of the meeting.
- Kindly be aware that depending on the type of credit card used (e.g., Shinhan or other particular types), manual credit card payment may not be available. In such instances, the Korean Society of Immunology will make individual contact to facilitate alternate payment arrangements.
