Submission Guideline

• The abstract should describe original and unpublished research related to Cytokine biology and Immunology.
• All abstracts must be submitted by the presenting author.
• All abstracts must be submitted via the congress website ONLY.
• All Abstracts should be typed in English.
• The word limit for the abstract’s main text is 300 words. The word count does not include abstract title and authors’ details.
• You may upload max. 1 supporting figure/graph/table (optional).
• The reviewers will judge the abstracts according to scientific, translational or clinical value, relevance to Cytokines 2024 & KAI 2024, conclusions confirmed by objective results, objectivity of statements, originality of work and overall impression.
• The submitting authors will be notified at the email address provided during submission whether their abstract has been accepted. Your notification will include the type of presentation and instructions on how to submit your presentation.
• You can withdraw your abstract in ‘My Page’ before the Abstract Submission deadline. If you would like to withdraw an abstract after the Abstract Submission deadline, please email to the Cytokines 2024 & KAI 2024 secretariat (abstract@cytokines2024.org).
• All abstract presenters with accepted abstracts are required to complete the registration and pay the applicable registration fee by the specified deadline. Failure to adhere to this requirement will result in the automatic withdrawal of their abstract. The designated date for registration completion will be announced in the acceptance notice.
• Abstracts will be published in the congress abstract book only if the presenting author is registered with full payment by the deadline for the registration.
